Wynn Nightlife will reopen XS Nightclub in Las Vegas on Thursday, November 5, ending a closure the company has described as a complete reimagining of the room. It is the first top-to-bottom overhaul of the venue since it opened on New Year's Eve 2008. While construction has run through the main room, programming has moved outdoors to Encore Beach Club at Night.

A four-night run marks the reopening. RUFUS DU SOL play a DJ set on the Thursday, followed by The Chainsmokers on Friday, Calvin Harris on Saturday, and Diplo back to back with Hugel on Sunday. Wynn says further names are still to be announced.

Adam Norotsky, vice president of Wynn Nightlife, framed the project as building on the club's existing legacy rather than replacing it, saying the aim was to reach a next stage for XS while keeping the energy that defined it. The company has not detailed the changes beyond refreshed interiors and new production technology, and says the original framework of the Roger Thomas-designed room, its pool terrace and its booth arrangement remains in place.

The bookings lean on artists with long histories at the venue, as reported by Dancing Astronaut. Harris began his first Las Vegas residency with Wynn in 2011, spent 2024 at Fontainebleau, and signed an exclusive two-year deal in January that makes XS and Encore Beach Club his only Las Vegas venues for 2026 and 2027. The Chainsmokers have been Wynn residents for years and recently marked the tenth anniversary of Collage.

Opening night also arrives as RUFUS DU SOL wind down an extended touring run, which the group has said will be followed by time away from the road.
